2. Website Usage
AI Tech Hub provides AI tool listings, reviews, comparisons, tutorials, blog content, and community features. Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
3. User Content
Users may submit reviews, comments, votes, or tool listings. You are responsible for the content you submit and agree not to post spam, misleading information, offensive content, or illegal material.
4. AI Tool Listings
AI Tech Hub does not own or control third-party AI tools listed on the website. Tool availability, pricing, performance, and features may change at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, design elements, logos, and website materials on AI Tech Hub are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external websites.
7. Affiliate Links
AI Tech Hub may display advertising from third-party providers, including Google AdSense, when advertising is enabled. Some outbound links to tools are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases or partner programs. Advertising and affiliate relationships do not affect whether a tool is listed or how it is rated.
8. Paid Featured Listings and Promotional Services
Featured Launch costs $19 as a one-time payment. Featured visibility lasts 90 days and has no automatic recurring charge. The permanent tool listing remains after the Featured period ends. Featured placement is promotional visibility, not an editorial endorsement, and payment does not guarantee traffic, sales, leads, rankings, conversions, or business results.
The package may include a Featured badge, priority placement across eligible AI Tech Hub discovery surfaces, homepage and category rotation where applicable, and eligibility for additional AI Tech Hub social and community promotion during the Featured period. Video reposting is available only when you provide a suitable, ready-to-publish video; AI Tech Hub does not create a promotional video as part of this package.
Promotions require editorial approval and platform suitability. We may reject misleading, illegal, infringing, unsafe, deceptive, or inappropriate content. You must have the rights to all logos, screenshots, videos, trademarks, copy, and other materials you submit. Paid benefits activate only after successful payment verification and editorial approval.
Transactions are processed through Dodo Payments, which may act as the Merchant of Record. Payment methods, taxes, refunds, and transaction processing may also be subject to Dodo's terms. AI Tech Hub does not store full card numbers or CVC information.
9. Limitation of Liability
AI Tech Hub is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from the use of our website, AI tools, third-party services, or external links.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
