Chat ATH optional product metrics and feedback

Chat ATH funnel metrics are optional and off until you choose to share them. You can change that choice in the chat navigation. Metrics describe actions such as opening the model picker or finishing a response; they exclude prompts, answers, account identifiers, query strings and payment details. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control prevent these optional chat metrics. Session replay and automatic text capture are disabled.

The optional Plus-value survey stores your selected improvement and any feedback you choose to submit, with a random submission identifier for deduplication. Do not include personal or confidential information. Common emails, links and credential patterns are removed, but automatic filtering cannot identify every kind of personal data. Survey records expire after 90 days. Aggregate results are restricted to administrators. Necessary billing security records and verified payment-status signals are separate from optional usage metrics.
