A teacher started assigning it as homework without telling me. 200+ students now. Figuring out pricing that works for Nepal — probably school licenses, not subscriptions.

Added past-paper practice mode. Daily active users doubled — exam prep is clearly the wedge, not general tutoring.

Beta with 12 students from my cousin's school in Chitwan. Biggest surprise: they ask questions in Romanized Nepali, so the tutor now answers in whichever script you use.

Tested five models on Nepali explanations of Class 10 science. Gemini handled Devanagari and code-switching best. Building on it.
